One of the things I love about the Glover Park studio is that it has a great community feel. Everyone is so friendly, whether you're a teacher or a student, and everyone makes an effort to go out and have fun together in and outside the studio. I haven't seen this sort of sense of community at other CorePower studios, which is what makes Glover Park so special. That's why I was so surprised to hear that Christie was passed up for studio manager when Julia moved to Bethesda. I'm sure the new person will be great and wonderful, but with such a community feel, I think it made more sense to choose someone who was well acquainted with the studio and its community. Christie works so incredibly hard to make the Glover Park studio even better than it already is and is always working to recruit new people to CorePower in and out of the studio. She makes an effort to get to know every student that comes in the door not only by their first name but the things that are important to them outside the studio, such as their family and job. For these reasons and more, I understand and concur with the disappointment that Christie was not given the opportunity to advance and be able to make our studio better from a different vantage point.

I like the type of yoga classes you are providing, the pace (level 1, starting the sequence slowly and increasing the pace gradually is just what I need), I also like how muscles are engaged without making accent on muscle training. And the most important for me is that I don't have to go through online checking in and prepaying before the class, it's super easy to drop in to the class spontaneously.

The studio was very clean and inviting. The instructor for the C2 class I attended had a very good and fun flow and had great hands on teaching throughout her class and especially when she was teaching handstands.
