Great class, excellent teacher!
Great instructors and friendly environment. Would be better if weights were not positioned so far into the room that you have to carry them past people who might be doing an extended shavasana. Outside the room would be even better.

I am a novice at yoga and the instructor was patient and kind with her instructions.
Both the sculpt and sculpt/C2 class l attended were great. As someone trying to get back in shape, I felt very comfortable and supported in both classes.

Loved the high ceilings and windows in the studio, and the modern, well-kept look of the whole place. I usually go to Tenleytown where the studios are smaller and everything is more cramped, so this was refreshing. Also Alisha’s class was wonderful!
Maddie's class this morning at 8:30 was a great class under very difficult circumstances: a man in the class verbally attacked the woman whose mat was nearest him -- accusing her of violating rules by having her cell phone in the room (she wasn't using it, by the way), telling her she was rude and should leave, shouting that his class had now been ruined by her and that he didn't want her to even look at him ... he seemed on the verge of physical violence. It was upsetting and frightening for the whole class. Maddie managed to go on with the class and maintain a calm, even flow despite this awful incident. I wanted to leave, but I didn't want this guy to have had that much power over my morning, and I wanted to support the woman who had been attacked and the instructor who was soldiering on.
I hope this client is not allowed back in the studio. I will definitely leave any future classes I see him in, because he seems like a real threat.

I love the facility and energy of the instructors and students. I felt very welcomed and the class was challenging yet also felt meditative and calming. I like how every instructor is a little different and plays their own music too.
