The staff/instructors are great. Everyone always has a good, positive energy and the sculpt classes are so much fun!

I like how the spacious studious. However, It would also be great if the students were offered lavender washcloths at the end similar to Dancing Mind.

Great instructors, great workout.

I have been going to the Gtown and Glover Park studios for a year now- love, love, love CPY. The studio is very clean and the staff is so friendly. I admit that I haven't taken many classes besides Jessica's sculpt because I am a bit of a groupie of her's from Glover Park! Either way, I would definitely go and try some other teachers. I like a rigorous sculpt class so I would love to hear about which teachers at Falls Church give a challenging workout!

Also, I left boots at your studio 2 weeks ago and I was so worried they would be gone. I went back 2 days later and they were still in the locker room! I was relieved and happy that the CPY community honors people's belongings!

I am a frequent attendee of the yoga sculpt with weights 6AM classes. This week I was notified that not only 1 class, but all the 6 AM week day yoga sculpt classes were changed to CPY2 at the Falls Church location. I understand if feedback was given by others for more CPY2 but am not understanding why all the 6 AM sculpt were changed. Being these are the only classes I attend is very upsetting to hear. I enjoy coming to this facility and would hate to remove my membership due to inability to attend. I hope this feedback helps.

Consistency! I love the great customer service and that each instructor is different, but same structure to the class. The facility is wonderful!!!

Everyone in the studio is extremely friendly and welcoming. The studio itself is always clean and so beautiful. I feel at home when I am there.

I love that it's a clean studio, it's in my building, I get a discount rate on the black tag membership, I love Sculpt, I love the high energy music, all of the teachers are very welcominging and friendly. I love the small classes because the teachers helped me improve my form and making sure I'm doing it correctly. I love the 6am Sculpt classes - this is the only time I can work out in the morning. It's nice that you offer multiple times after work and weekends for sculpt classes. I like how late the candlelight HPF is during the week, so if you have a late work day, you can still get some relaxing yoga in.

The different sequencing in each of the C2 classes. I like the music, the heat in the room, and the professionalism of the instructors. I also like that the classes are 60 minutes in length.

Excellent variety across & within classes - even the C2s are different in their focus, difficulty, and intensity. Mary is a fantastic instructor!

The Instructors are all excellent! I get a great work out from all the classes: Sculpt, C1, C2, and Power Fusion. I like knowing that if I take any class, I'll get a good work out and walk away feeling like it was worth my time/effort.

From the very first time I set foot into the Broad St studio I was greeted and spoken to with warmness and professionalism. I just felt at ease immediately. I attended the couples playtime yoga with my girlfriend on 2/3/15 taught by Olivia and Jessica and it was amazing. The instruction was first class. Jessica and Olivia are so passionate and professional. I believe it was a C2 level class but I felt great and this would be my 4th time ever doing yoga. Both instructors were so detailed and fun. Amazing experience.

Also, the studio and facilities as a whole are beautiful.

The sculpting class consisted of beneficial movements that can only improve and enhance ones health, there was no wasted movement. The staff was welcoming and there was no pressure to sign up which is a great sign of a respectable business. The instructor in my class was not only knowledgable on technique, also had a great feel for the class's threshold and customized the intensity throughout the 1 hour of class. Only reinforced the knowledge and experience of Corepower Yoga instructors.
