Like being able to go to any local CPY studio. Also love the high energy of the YS classes and calming energy of C2 classes.

I love all the instructors that I’ve gotten the chance to practice with at this studio. Helena-Hyun Ah L especially—she takes the time to help us focus on our form and puts so much into each class. Her classes are a must take every week. Megan Me’s yoga sculpt classes are also amazing. She keeps the class challenging but also fun and energizing. She’s a very motivating yoga teacher, which makes me return to her classes week after week.

I wish you had something less strenuous or where the vinyasa sequences were slower. I’m 68 w/some limitations so I go at my own pace. I feel sorry for people new to yoga coming to a class and finding it too hard b/c level 1 isn’t a beginner class. Luckily I’m more experienced and know how to do modifications.

My teacher, Megan I think, was awesome!!!

Megan was such a great teacher!! It was my firs tclass back in over a year and she made me feel super comfortable. She kept saying throughout the class "listen to your body" and it was SOOO helpful. She is an excellent teacher.

Megan L is an excellent teacher, her classes are thoughtful and challenging. When she sings into savanna it a lovely way to end practice.

I loved the class! It was such an amazing workout!

The instructors are nice especially they do hands on adjustments for me. That really helps me with the correct posture and avoid hurting myself from those incorrect ones.

The place was clean. Staff was friendly. The teachers explained well of what muscles we were targeting. I really enjoyed the class. Thank you.

Only drawback is the price

The teacher was fantastic because the class was creative. Not just the same old same old.

e.g. I came for yoga sculpt on December 23rd at 9am. The studio was full of yogis, and the teacher had this amazing Christmas theme music, so we had a lot of fun while performed the aerobic part of the program. The teacher always offered high and low impact alternatives for all exercises, being considerate to the yogis different ages, flexibility, and body shape.

I also appreciated very much the personal touch of flagrance and "wind" provided while in Savasana at the end of the class, with a towel used as a fan.

All teachers are available at the end of the class for discussion, further instructions and encouragements.
