I just did my first two classes this weekend and found the staff very welcoming and the Core I class to be well suited for a beginning practitioner -- the instructors were good about showing different adjustments to positions for the group, depending on level of experience/ability.

I like the various classes - that are challenging and offered at good times in the morning. Love the hot power fusion class!

The instructors are awesome (esp Rini, Sofia, and the Michelle who hosted the Runner's Up class - can never remember which Michelle that is... but truly everyone is great!). I love to come in as close to 15 mins prior to lay in the heat and meditate before class. I love when classes are complicated enough that my brain can't think about anything other than what to do with my body. I've inspired two of my coworkers to join, and another one is joining me on Sunday! My coworkers and I joke that we are totally in the cult. It's just very cool to see my body begin to transform and also mentally, it really gives my brain a bath. Once I committed myself to going regularly, my body and mind started to crave it. The challenge last month really helped, too. I really love it. Thanks to everyone at CP for making the studio so great.

I like the different options for yoga. We need the warm room. It was pleasantly warm. The instructor had a lot of knowledge.

The room was relaxing and the temperature was great. This was my first time at this studio. Only issue is that I arrived early and had to stand outside in the cold to wait.

Love the Falls Church studio! Michele and Rini are especially awesome instructors. Definitely would recommend trying at least the free week to see if it’s for you!
