You offer a variety of classes at all different practice levels. Sometimes I want to push myself with weights or C2, and sometimes I want to take it easy.
The teachers are always great and calming and the class always has a great flow to it. No weird transitions. I always leave feeling refreshed and that i had a great workout.

First of all, I really like the Core power concept. Regarding this studio in particular, I like the skylight, and our instructor (Erin I think) was great!

The instructors are extremely friendly anf helpfull. The classes have a nice flow to them. There is a great combination of relaxation and getting a good workout! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to help with poses and are willing to give advice as needed. I love CorePower and their prenatal classes are fabulous!
