Instructors are professionals committed to delivering the Core Power experience week after week. The Highlands studio is small with a neighborhood feel. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained.

It's nice to have numerous classes and times to choose from. All of the instructors are friendly and energetic I really enjoy taking classes from all of them. I always leave class feeling positive and energized. I also appeciate the selection of clothes too.

I like how small and intimate te highlands studio is. I also like all the classes that are offered. For first time students I think it is a very approachable studio and less intimidating than a larger studio. The small room is my favorite, it is where my love for C1's began. This is a studio where you can get close with your teachers and share the love of yoga on and off the mat. I would recommend the highlands studio to anyone interested in a personalized, rejuvenating, and supportive yoga practice! Go highlands go! Small yet mighty.:)
