I enjoy everything. I’ve had a very diverse group of instructors who have all offered different skills and have pushed me to reach my goals.
My husband and I were visiting the Highlands area - I was curious to try a new location and was not disappointed. The Highlands studio is tucked into a tiny area, but, if you can fore-go a shower + locker room, I can guarantee that the Thursday 2:30 C2, will provide a challenge and fun! Randy was welcoming - even trying to convince my husband to stay - I left the class feeling a satisfied exhaustion. But, Randy did himself *one better*.... our car battery had failed as we tried to leave the studio - Randy was kind enough to take the time/effort to provide us with a battery charge so we could drive to the pre-school to pick-up our granddaughter on time!
We cannot thank him enough - this gives you an idea of the kindness, compassion and unselfishness that is a part of the yogi community.
As for the products, I am not a consistent shopper for the closing line, but I do own 3 of the Yogitoes towels.
Great instructors!
I routinely attend Megan’s C2 class on Thursdays at noon. She isn’t my favorite instructor. She’s very professional while interacting with participants, and in her preparation for class. I’ve been to CorePower locations that were more recently updated, but the staff at your highlands location offers a superior experience.
I love Instructor Courtney Y and took a C1, which I haven’t taken in a while. I like the foundational techniques and cues in this class. The classroom is small and intimate which makes for more hands on adjustments, modifications and I could just focus on my own personal growth. I highly recommend this class to anyone who is interested in Core Power

I highly recommend the hot fusion class held here with Keira! It’s a fun twist on the regular postures of hot yoga, incorporating different variations of the poses. Keira had great energy! Very fun class.
