I absolutely ADORE the heck out of Corepower. As soon as I pull up to these studios, and walk over that threshold-- I instantly feel a sense of relief, warmth, peace, & calm. ***Particularly when practicing in the Garden of the Gods and Nevada studios in Colorado Springs locations.
This facility has fostered a community, a tribe-- a family, that perpetually supports me in my greatest accomplishments and goals, and picks me up whenever I am on "the struggle bus" for one reason or another.

I love all of it. I took Sculpt with Sarra and not only was it the most challenging class I've ever taken, but she was amazing. She talked us through the challenging positions and pushed us the entire time. I got a great work out.

I loved taking classes at the garden of the Gods location during my time in Colorado Springs. Class sizes were a bit smaller than the busier Nevada location which allowed teachers to learn my name and foster a sense of community (specifically Shannon and Brittany!) I did not feel as much on the other side of town. I love corepower in general, but I really loved Garden of the Gods. Miss y’all!
Classes are very well instructed! Focus is on technique and hands-on corrections to postures. Excellent instructors!

This studio encompasses everything one needs to feel amazing, get in shape and have fun! Brittane and Julia are wonderful teachers motivating students throughout their classes with insightful intentions and encouraging words. The studio is beautifully set up with spa-like amenities. The heat feels SO good! After a class here I'm ready to conquer the world! Thank you!
flexibility- I can always find classes during the day. Wish you had more options for Core Restore though.
