The classes are challenging and can serve as a cardio workout in addition to strength training. One month in and I have noticed huge changes in my strength and balance along with noticeable inches disappearing! I love it.
I love that there is a wide variety of classes and what time you can take them at. It is easy to find a class that works around my schedule. Even if my schedule changes I can still find a class.

Lindsay was a great instructor and I really appreciated her patience and assistance throughout the C1 class. Before the class she was very kind and welcoming and did a great job describing the facility. She also made sure that I was prepared and had everything that I needed before we started. After the class she was nice enough to talk for a few minutes regarding the class and Yoga in general. Her and another instructor even recommended some other classes and so I'll be sure to try them out!
Even though this was my first time at the LP location, CorePower in general has always been very accepting and creates a very comfortable atmosphere regardless of your experience and skill level. The company has a great culture and the staff always does a fantastic job from when you walk into the facility until you leave.
Katilin the instructor for the 6 AM on Thursdays is one of the most inspiring people I've ever met. I feel so fortunate to take her uplifting and motivational class. She lights up the room with her positive energy!

I like the sculpt class... Alana is especially amazing in a hard way and that is what people are expecting at that class. I have noticed a difference in the difficulty of the teachers. You may want to consider some standardizing there. Consider feedback from students taking the class.

Love the sculpt class. Not a fan of Reyna (spelling?) - her class wasn't very organized and it would have been a lot more fun with modern "top hits" music like the substitute used on 4/25.

class schedule & offering
Great classes if you want yoga and a good workout.
I usually go for the level 2 vinyasa class. The music Is excellent and complents the pace and intensity of the classes.
The teachers are diverse and well trained.
The friendly teachers, well maintained facilities, and convenient class schedules make corepower so wonderful! When I moved to Chicago I wanted to find a studio that was both comfortable and challenging, and I found it! Keep up the great work.
The studios are clean, there is a variety of classes, and instructors are attentive and push you.

Availability of classes is great, however it would be nice to switch the classes you offer during scheduled times. For example, if you can only make 5:30 p.m. class or 6:00 a.m. classes it would be nice if during that time(s) there are a variety of classes offered throughout the week (re c2 on Monday, sculpt on Tuesday, HPF Wednesday, instead of c2 at 6:00 a.m. M-F).
I very much appreciate that instructors have started using creativity in the their classes and sequences; c2 is not as formulaic as it used to feel. I wish that HPF wasn't always the same sequence. I find the redundancy boring and not challenging.
