Challenge and intensity of the classes

Clean and friendly

There is a great variety of instructors, who all have their own unique styles.

There is a strong community at this studio and quite a few of my favorite instructors are there from other studios.

Different classes for different goals

Very convenient location(s) for me - always nice to have the option of going to the Old Town or Lakeview studio to switch things up. I love the classes and the instructors do a great job of setting the right mood for class - whether it's more chill (Hot Power Funsion, Candlelight) or pumped up (Sculpt).

In general, the sculpt classes are high energy and promote healthy living. I have also really enjoyed the CP2 classes.

I love the classes and teachers, the class schedule works well with mine, and I've gotten to know people there through the SET program which has been great. I like the vibe in the studio and have loved being a member!

Instructor was great, very encouraging and helpful without being distracting. My only complaint was that cold towels were not handed out at the end of class like many other studios

I love the classes and the instructors. I'm a black tag member and really wished I would get a complimentary towel for my workout and shower after. I find it ridiculous we have to spend a $1

I've been a member at various gyms for years and an avid participant of group workout classes, but I'd never gotten a more thorough, intense, or fun workout as my first Sculpt class! I was instantly hooked. I've done the Sculpt, C2 and HPF classes now and I love them all. With all the available locations and packed studio schedules I can always fit in a killer workout. It's only been a few weeks but I can feel myself becoming more grounded and I'm even seeing some physical results!

I like that there are so many scheduled classes - it makes it very easy to go before or after work.

Accessibility and great classes!

Very friendly

I love going to CorePower Yoga when I am very stressed out. Going to yoga is so relaxing and I always feel really good afterwards. I enjoy going to the later classes because the classes are really relaxing and you sweat a lot. I always feel like i gets good workout because I sweat a lot. I wish the membership was more affordable so I could go longer than the free week.

I like the convenience of classes scheduled throughout the day. I like that you don't have to "reserve" a spot in class, but rather go when time allows. The instructors are consistent in methods and structure of each class - but do change up the routine to keep it fresh.
