I took the hot power fusion in candlelight class. I loved the professional air yet also how relaxing and welcoming the class was. Alyssa was great. I loved how she encouraged challenging yourself yet also feeling comfortable with your body and knowing when not to push the limits too hard.

I love that there is no contract and new students get an entire week free without feeling like they have to sign up for a membership afterward. When CorePower Yoga changed their pricing around, I was very pleased that my membership stayed at the same rate, and I really love the ongoing sale selection of clothing. The programs are some of the most affordable ones in the country (believe me, I've done my research), and I really feel like you have a community when you start practicing regularly.

EVERYTHING!!!!!

I like the consistency in class instruction; I tend to stay with the same time every week and choose my favorite instructors. One piece of feedback I have is keeping the room quiet before class is going to start. Many of us go early to have the time to get centered and it can be disruptive when cleaning staff and people are talking during this time.

Lots of variety and times throughout the day. Particularly later in the evening. Works great for people who work. At so many gyms the last class is at 6:30 - who can get to the gym by 6:30? No one with a real job.
