C2s are great, the classes are always challenging. The one thing I would change is that the suburb core power classes place a "cool lemon lavender cloth" on your forehead at the end of class. It's a great way to cool off after a hot class.
I love that you can take a c1 or HPF class which is exactly the same no matter who teaches AND you can take a C 2 class which is completely different based on the instructor . I just wanted to get on my mat yesterday and found myself in the most fun yoga class which was a fantastic workout and kept me smiling all day from the hip hop music!
The difficulty of the workout, the energy of the instructor, and the facility itself.

I got to many different CPY studios in the Chicago area, and my favorite is Lincoln Park. The schedule has convenient times, and the teachers are the best. The studio's big open windows are key for me. I love being able to see people outside, during a tough sculpt class somehow that just makes it much easier for me.
I really like CPY is very inviting and make sure students know if they feel they can't keep up or even do a certain pose that it's okay. I love how the instructors walk through all the poses and steps and make it fun along the way. They want to make sure everyone is comfortable no matter what.

Good for the mind, and the body!
The new class at 9:15 pm is very convenient. It is a strong class, yet one leaves relaxed.
The instructors are friendly and well-trained and knowledgeable.
The workout is great; I always feel like I'm getting good exercise.
The facilities are always nice and well-maintained.

Studio is very nice and clean. The classes I have attended are not too full, have featured great teachers, and are a really good pace. I especially appreciate the class schedule, as there are multiple evening classes to fit my schedule, where as other yoga/fitness studios in the area offer one, maybe two, classes that I could attend after work.
The classes are great for every type of yogi - I personally prefer the Sculpt classes but there are tons of other options as well with a lot of variety in times throughout the day. I love that there is a Friday 645 class - not many other studios offer classes at that time on Fridays. I also LOVE that the class packages don't expire. I had taken some time off and been going to Shred 415, and have just gotten back into CorePower and trying to fit both in. It was so nice that my classes were all still there and I didn't lose my investment. Lastly - I really appreciate that you don't have to sign up for classes in advance. While sometimes it is really great to have limits on the number of people in the class because it can get really crowded, it's nice to have the flexibility and not get charged in the event you had to sign up in advance and cancel the day of.

Clean studios and lockers, Enjoy the instructors. Sometimes the classes are a bit too full but what are you going to do. Would love if you could reserved classes and keep the sizes smaller.
