I love the atmosphere and the classes. Everything was clean and welcoming. I have enjoyed both of the classes I have taken so far. Great Yoga studio.

It was such a welcoming environment. The teacher was extremely attentive. The facilities were fantastic and I overall had a wonderful experience.

First off, I was blown away by the service. Every teacher has this wonderful aura to them. Everyone is so helpful, happy, and optimistic. At the front desk the young woman took her time to describe all the class plans and great price deals. Even when I came a little late for a 6 am class, 6 am on the dot that is, she still took her time to check me in and make me feel welcomed with absolutely no rush.

The facility itself is a perfect, relaxing environment. The room was perfectly hot and not claustrophobic. The bathroom was extremely clean and provided all amenities necessary, and then some.

The teacher, Emily, was wonderfully helpful with hands on adjustments and clear descriptions of different poses. She gave many options for different things to try in our practice.

I have tried quite a few hot yoga studios, but the Medford CorePower studio is by far my favorite all around. The sculpting class left me incredibly sore but in the greatest way possible. As a rigorous athlete, I was amazed at how much of a workout it was. The C2 yoga class was also extremely relaxing.

I loved the beginner class with Jess. He was a great instructor and was really great at going slowly through the movements while also creating heat and movement.

Your facility was beautiful and the class was excellent - way better than I anticipated!

I thought my first Yoga class was very good. Jesse was the instructor and he was very encouraging and clear with his instructions. I will definitely be back!

The facility is inviting, the studios are big and kept clean. The instructors are very engaging and willing to help with your practice. Very nice experience!

Clean studio, good schedule, friendly staff

i loved the instruction from desire or deirdre on the c1 class. i went back again for a c2 class and again loved the experience and class. the space is gorgeous and clean and i have felt welcomed each time. happy to have it in medford!

Classes length (60 min rather than 90 min), easy to follow instructions, clean and modern studios, friendly staff, every class is a little bit different

I am very new to yoga and I was really hesitant to try it out till I found core power yoga. They are great!!! There is plenty of classes to choose from, intstuctors are very knowledgable helpful, atmosphere is great. Overall awesome experience!!!!

The instructors have been amazing. I especially liked Max. He has a great attitude and he makes you feel very comfortable (especially being a new person!)

Trainers were helpful friendly and informative. Classes were well lead and restorative.
Facilities neat clean and relaxing.
Only downfall is the cost for classes $155 a month is out of reach for many.

I was at Victoria's sculpt yesterday, and it was incredible. inspiring teacher, such high energy, and really creative and difficult sequences. A++ would do again

I love going to Core Power Yoga. It's a very clean place and I've never had an instructor that I didn't like. I've been to many yoga places and the people here never judge and make sure all students feel comfortable and confident in class.

I love how each C2 teacher puts a different spin on the class while still keeping me centered, focused, and challenged. I know that I will have an amazing experience every time I join you for my yoga practice. I also really appreciate the size of the studios and the cleanliness of the facilities.
