great class taught by Nikki. great instruction, different levels of practice encouraged by the teacher for all different levels of yogies, good uptempo music for sculpt.

this is my first class after reactivating since COVID, only disappointment was not having the humidity. one of the reasons i enjoy hot yoga is because the humidity makes it more challenging and i'm able to stretch deeper. i did not see any CDC or scientific link to humidity causing COVID to be more transmissible, but maybe corepower got enforced by the state? who knows.

Tori is the most amazing teacher that really goes out of her way to make people feel accepted and worthy of her time. The studio is also clean and following COVID mandates, which is a huge plus!

Note-sometimes hard to hear the instructor with a mask and if the music is a bit too loud. Not a complaint, just input.
