I like this location, because it have big rooms. The coach very nice and helpful.

Very clean and not crowded at all! I love all the instructors and parking is pretty easy. I definitely prefer to go to the Almaden location because it’s so convenient and i have a relaxing time.

The studio is spacious and the locker room and shower area are always kept clean and stocked with products. I appreciate the 2 studios and where one is smaller to allow for more intimate practice. I wish the studios would stay HOT all the time though. The variety of teachers is great and Valeria is among my new favorites and I try taking her class multiple times a week. Alyssa is wonderful for a Monday reset and her classes avail more variety and stretching techniques without compromising the core experience. I wish there was a male yogi to teach the 9am - 10am weekday C2 class, as the change would be very well received and it's good to get a broader perspective on yoga and C2. I tend to switch it up on Wednesdays and take the 9:30-10:30am C2 class with Jenn which is fantastic and more focused on learning and holding postures which I appreciate. I will miss Colleen on Fridays at 9am. She was a gift to me and I hope I can squeeze in Sunday afternoons with her, going forward. Lastly, I appreciate Peter's instruction and discipline and clarity throughout his HPF 10am Sunday class and I take Chris's C2 in Winchester Saturday at 10:30am, schedule permitting. He is just sublime.

I really enjoyed my classes here. Felt amazing after! Just wish there was an early morning class to go to (current 7:30-8:30 is too late...clashes with work hours)

Great instruction. Great work out in the heated sculpt class.

I attended a free YS ( Yoga Sculpt ) class and it changed my perception about these classes. It works entire body , core , flexibility and feeling good , energize the whole day afterward . Already consider doing it every week.
Highly recommended whether you're in cardio or resistance. This will complement both

Time availability is great! Instructors are skilled. It would be ideal for instructors to remind all Yogi’s that studios should be quiet and for meditative purposes and all conversations should be taken outside the studio.

Studio rooms are the biggest of all the South Bay area studios. The bathrooms are clean and the instructors are awesome. I also look forward to taking my next class at this studio.
