This team is AMAZING! I feel that I can get an great full body work out, and with so many options and levels of classes you will never get bored. The studio is absolutely beautiful as well, the instructors are so knowledgeable and kind I can’t recommend CorePower Yoga enough.
Jake is a great instructor!
I love workouts. It gives me what I need, whether to build strength, flexibility, or to just rejuvenate. My favorite teachers are Jake, Emily K, and Noelle because they teach me new things, challenge me constantly - I love their classes!
note to staff: Angela's 630am sculpt class - I had to leave early because I was almost falling asleep at how uncharged it was. Then I did Jake's 630am sculpt class the next week and it was the difference of 0 to 10. Love Jake's workouts!!!

I enjoy corepower very much. I usually go to Almaden studio, but Winchester has alternatives if Almaden does not have what I want.
I have taking Tone & Chris classes for Hot Power Fusion. They were great. I was sweating so much and feel great after class. There are a lot of stand & balance postures in this class, so be ready. Will take their class again, and highly recommended for their classes.
The studio is very clean and organized. Alison is so welcoming and positive. I felt motivated and encouraged throughout class and her energy was just what I needed to push myself to get a great workout and be glad that I showed up!

I would LOVE 6AM classes to come back... All studios in the area now only have 6:30AM classes and this is super tough with my work schedule, and I am sure I am not the only one. Many people have to leave class early to get to work, which is disturbing to other yogis.
