It was a great class and had good heat! I’ve been going to the Almaden studio and it’s pretty much cold in there! For how much this membership costs, I really wat it to be hot!
Corrinne’s C2 was an amazing class. Her flow is different from other instructors and very challenging.
Overall good vibe across different studios. Teachers are friendly and knowledgeable. More room per student in the class will make this 10/10.
Love, LOVE the instructors! I also love how each class is unqiue-- I have been to other CorePower's and they are all structured according to a copy/paste programming. Winchester's instructors play their own music and create their own formatting, which i Love..

The community and family environment. There is always a big selection of classes and they have the best instructors!
I love CPY Winchester - the staff is all really good and I walk out of the classes feeling exhausted in the best way. The heat is always at a good level, the room sizes are perfect, and the classes flow super well. My only complaint is that classes can sometimes be too full - it feels like it's overcapacity, especially for weekend YS classes.

Corrine is such a great instructor, I always enjoy her classes, her calmness, her presence and her guidance. Most all of the instructors at this location are great. Always welcoming always kind. Much appreciated in this crazy world we live in.
I love Winchester studio! It was a safe space for me back when I went to SCU and now I live in the city but come take a class here if I’m ever down in area :)
I loved my class with Allison! She was super nice, accommodating, and explained everything flawlessly. I was so intimidated coming in but she made me feel so comfortable, i'm definitely coming back!

The amazing instructors and the number of classes available per day.
I went to the Friday HPF class.
It was such an amazing *balance* of advanced versus more baseline movement, and more active poses vs passive poses. Like right when you feel like you’re dying, there’s a perfect pause or stretch pose to keep you engaged.
And then also it all made sense — each section as part of a whole 60 minutes. This is as opposed to some other classes I've taken that are like 10 minutes of easy warm up -> 40 minutes of intense stuff to totally kill you -> then 10 minutes of random light stuff to cool down again.
And then lastly, I loved how the teacher incorporated so much anatomy and body-knowledge into the class. It actually really helps us focus because they describe how it should feel to our own body if we’re doing it right. When you mix that with your awesome cadences and timing and music, it’s all a really great experience.
