I like the variety of classes and the fact that the classes are not crowded. The studio is also very clean, which is important especially when a lot of people are sweating!

The instructor was awesome. She had a great voice that I could actually hear and her alternative instructions for those who could not do certain poses were really helpful. She made everyone feel welcome and stressed that you should work at your level and be comfortable.

I liked that strength was incorporated into yoga more so than just focusing on balance and breath. We worked the core more than a typical practice would and I felt I got a gym-like workout along with the peace that yoga provides.
I just always feel 100% better about everything after I leave class!
My very first experience with core yoga was amazing. What made it happen for me was the instructor Laura Hill. Over all, friendly, positive and diligent in her moves.
I really enjoy the intensity level of the workouts. They are hard work outs but the environment is not competitive (obviously it should not be b/ it is a yoga studio) and they are fun!
