Clean, professional & challenging!
I love it all!
Great instructors, large clean studios that never feel too crowded
love all your classes, but for the working woman, it's not acceptable to leave the office before 6 pm, and taking the 730 is simply just too late. it's really not possible to leave my office at 515 to change and make it to cp2 by 6.
in 2016, the average workplace hours are 9-6 and with more and more NYC & LA transplants moving to austin (like myself,) abiding by the more lax austin hours (8-5,) is not even in our realm of consciousness.
i've spoken to friends about this and have overheard other gals in the locker room, as well, who really wish there was a 6:30 or 7 pm class. would really make a world of difference.

The classes are very challenging and I feel like I am getting an actual workout. The teachers are amazing!!
Of the two classes I've taken, Jess and Caitlin have been awesome so far. Classes are exactly what I'm looking for, perfect temperature, just enough of a workout, core is amazing, facilities are excellent (soap and shampoo in the shower!) only things I would change would be 1) mop the floors between classes (I know its a tight schedule) and 2) incorporate more mindfulness/meditation/spirituality into the class.
Enjoyed the format of the class, friendliness of the staff, and cleanliness of the amenities.

You have diverse yoga classes and positive, talented instructors. I was not crazy about the business manager in Austin-he came across as more of an investment banker type, a type that I usually like. He needs to learn to deal with clients in a more Austin friendly way-it is possible to refuse a request in a friendly way.

The structure of the class's are always amazing
The classes are very different to any other yoga I have done before.
I like them very much! The only cons that I see is that the music sometimes is too high and makes it difficult for people to hear/follow/ understand what the instructor is saying.
Good instructors, length of classes. Schedule with many options.
