CP is very consistent so it has become a brand that I trust and recognize. Going to a C1 class in one studio is very similar to another, which I appreciate.

The teacher in training class was fabulous so many people to instruct and help sculpt you into the correct pose. This was a very open and safe place.
I love how there are different types of classes throughout the day! Sometimes yoga studios only have at a certain time and either I can't make it or it's already too late in the day.
