I love the heat and the music! The sequence was not the best flow (seemed a little awkward and perhaps the teacher was inexperienced) but I have been to Core Power in Santa Barbara for a sculpt class that was AMAZING, so I would still CorePower recommend to others. I am trying out 2 other free classes this week at other Austin locations. I'll let you know how those are!
I love the versatility of class options; especially the Hot Power Fusion and Sculpt classes. Core Power offers a mix of flow and strength training - I never get bored. Traditional hot yoga classes can be very cumbersome and the Hot Power Fusion classes are the perfect mix of heat and flow.
superb class from Alisha (even though we came for the cancelled HPF). Her cues were thoughtful and precise, leading us through a challenging but manageable pace. No one lost sequence - always a positive sign! Amazing to be back in a studio after sixteen months!

The instructor was terrific! I was visiting for a graduation and decided to check out the Austin studio – I have a membership in Illinois. I actually approached the instructor after class and told her how much I loved the pacing, music, verbal instruction and she told me that she is somewhat new. I couldn’t believe it - it was one of the best classes that I’ve taken and I’ve been a member for over 10 years. It was the 10:30 Sat class and the teacher was a former dancer (forgetting her name)

I am obsessed with everything about CorePower Yoga Sculpt class. It makes me sweat harder than any workout class I've done, challenges me in the small movements, and forces me to connect my breathing to the exercises I'm performing. It is the perfect blend of Yoga, Cardio, and Strength. This is my favorite workout class of all time.
I LOVE CorePower!!! Feels so good to be back after 14 months away! The Monarch studio, like all of CorePower's studios, is clean and beautiful and the instructor was great!

I'm really enjoying CorePower! I'm quite new at yoga and was intimidated, but I feel so welcome and supported while learning. I really appreciate that I can take it at my own pace, rest when I need to, and don't feel judged in doing so. The instructors have been so nice, and wow what a great workout! I will definitely be coming back :)
