I am still fairly new to yoga and with that being said these classes were amazing. I felt so challenged and so engaged. I was so refreshed and relaxed afterwords. I am very into fitness and getting a good workout is important to me. I can say with confidence that core power 2 was one of the best workouts I have done.
I love the instructors, the great maintenance of the studios and how the next day after I do yoga, my body is sore from the practice so I know I get more fit each day.

I like the dual combination of difficult poses and flow which keep me moving and really focused on my practice. I have only had four classes with CPY (each time a new instructor, two at whole foods and two at CPY) but each session has made me want to recommend CPY to others. It is a fantastic workout and I like how the instructors focus on positivity throughout the hour. The studio is clean and well lit - I like how there are plenty of mirrors. Hours are varied (this is huge plus for me) and the locations are great. I am currenlty close to the DT location but if I move up north I will also have the north location as an option!
Everything about this studio is perfect. From the teachers to the classes to the "non-bikram" smell!

This was my second visit to this location. I often visit Austin for work and have had positive experiences both times. My HPF instructor this time (Katie I think) lead one of the best HPF classes I've attended (In Dallas or Austin).

Facility & schedule
The teacher was well informed and didn't get frustrated about different students going at their own pace. The locker rooms are nice and being able to shower directly after class was really lovely.
I have loved the "hands on" adjustments I have received the last few days.

the classes & teachers & facility is great. except we need more fans in the locker rooms. maybe ceiling or oscillating fans!? this way everyone gets air instead of blocking others when standing in front of the small existing fans.
The place is super nice and clean. The teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable.
