I took my last CorePower sculpt class with Amber Mu. She was so upbeat, made me smile and had a great attitude throughout all of class. Music selection was on point and it was an awesome workout. Her and Nathalie Ja really brighten up a room!

I was worried about the highway being so close, but the yoga instructor held me present in the class rather than worried about the outside surroundings. The lobby is nice, and the staff were very friendly.
They are always friendly, asking for feedback and seem to take the cultural aspects into consideration during each practice.
The entire experience from entering the studio to the last minute in class has been exceptional. The front best and teachers are friendly, personable and make one feel part of the community from the get-go.
