I took a break for a while and came back just recently. I attended Pauline’s class and I enjoyed the class very much. Her class was challenging yet enjoyable. I really enjoyed her flow.
I love the studio and absolutely love Leah and her energy. My only thing and this has nothing to do with Leah, was the conversation and talking that goes on before the class begins.
at the end of the class during Leah asking to keep the silence for other yogis these two people just continued talking (so loudly)..I frankly dont know if there is anything that can be done.

The teachers are amazing - special shout out to Jaideep and Stefany! They lead some of my favorite classes. Also I appreciate the way CorePower handle the changing mask mandates making it very matter of fact - not making it a bigger deal that it was. I also appreciate that teachers respect my decision to wear a mask even if there is no mandate for personal reasons!
It was very relaxing after a stressful week. I felt much better & energetic on Friday. I also slept like a rock when I got home. It wasn’t hot yoga because I can’t stand the heat. Michelle was very friendly & knowledgeable. Def. I will come back again maybe once a week.
Yoga has been a life changing experience for me! The Brea Team are my family and they make me feel positive and motivated to come to the studio. What a wonderful group of people!

Great teachers.
I really liked Karen’s class. The combination of Reiki and restorative yoga was perfect for what I needed that day. I felt 10 lbs lighter walking away. Actually, floating away. Very nice facility also.

Sharina’s class was really good. There was a great mix of challenging and creative transitions. Her cues were done well. Even though it was challenging, Sharina made you feel like she had full confidence in your ability to do it. She connected well with the class and encouraged the class to have the courage to push past the mental boundaries we set for ourselves. She also asked us to have the courage to know when you needed to pull back.

Jess’s class was great. She provided a challenging class and she kept the class moving and I feel exhausted afterwards. Here music was energetic and kept me engaged the whole class.

The studios are clean, I feel the temperature is not as warm as it used to be or I’ve gotten used to it? The instructors are great, good energy and friendly but would like to see them do the moves (for beginners like me)

Rebecca was a phenomenal teacher. Her C2 was fun, challenging, yet strangely relaxing all at the same time. I would definitely come back to take her classes.

My instructor made it clear that she didn’t want to push us or feel forced to do a move we don’t want to do. She was also very personable and made me feel very secure with re-learning traditional poses. Loved her guidance and patience with teaching!

Love going to my weekly CorePower yoga sculpt... (it's actually a love/hate relationship) hate it at first but after the 60 minutes is up and you walk out of the hot and sweaty room and feel the nice cool breeze, it's so worth it!
Great way to end the weekend and ready to conquer your Monday thru the rest of the busy work week...
Candidly it's the amazing Yogi instructor at the Tustin Studio that makes me come back for more.
