this is my first time back since 2/20. I have been doing corepower.com on classes which have been good
However, on further reflection, I do NOT think indoor yoga classes are a good idea now
With this highly infectious COVID DELTA variant, the yoga studio is a VERY dangerous place
There is no air exchange. Everyone is huffing and puffing. No one is wearing masks.
Even with everyone being vaccinated, I do not feel that you should be offering indoor classes until the surge from the Delta variant quiets down( hopefully soon)
I understand that orange county does not have an indoor mask mandate, but several counties in California do. Of course all the yogis are free make their own. decisions, but I would look to the leadership at your company to make the right call.
I would like to see an outdoor class, perhaps in the parking lot??
It was great being back in the studio, but I don't think its safe right now
I loved the class! It was my first time. It was challenging and doable at the same time. I loved the instructor and she was very helpful and it seemed like the class was very planned out and thought through.
Very comfortable and relaxing
I really enjoy the classes at Core Power and the Yoga Instructors are excellent. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more beginning Yoga classes.

I love getting greeted by a friendly face. The studios are clean and have a fresh scent. The teacher does a great job offering multiple layers to each pose. I could be new or an experienced practitioner and achieve the pose. Specifically in this class I was feeling a bit tired but my teacher talked about being patient with our body. It reminded me to accept myself and my body. It’s ok if my body isn’t in the same condition it was a year ago before covid.

Clean studio and great instructors. I took Anthony's C2 class last week and his music was great. The class was challenging yet gave everyone the option of multiple levels and variations.
The instructor Nicolette, taught the Best class I have taken. She had a great flow with perfect music. Her instructions were easy to follow and she commanded the class. She made the class a totally enjoyable experience. I Highly Recommend anyone to take her classes

I really like the core restore a lot. I find a normal CorePower yoga 2 class only seems to open up my hamstrings considerably, however the restore is perfect especially for those who do intense workouts outside of CorePower where muscle tightness simply can’t be offset by vinyasa alone
