The instructor Janine is one of the best CorePower gurus. Her positive spirit and light helped guide me beyond just poses and exercise. The class felt healing in a spiritual way thanks to her energy. Pre-covid I was a regular in her class, now I plan to join again on a weekly basis.
Teacher Jane was great! Her class was well structured and tiered so all levels could cooperate
Teacher Missy was very welcoming and calm, and went out of her way to make sure there way space for me in a full class. Flow was very well rounded in terms of variation…was fast paced but also mindful. Thank you so much!

I love the yoga sculpt for the hot yoga, boot camp experience. You can work at your own pace or challenge yourself against others - it's all good.

CorePower Yoga was an excellent workout. Jill provided a calming atmosphere while challenging both physical and mental parts of the individual during this workout.
I love Corepower, i have been a member for several years. I completed a 200 hour training program and loved it. I am only canceling my membership because I have moved to a different country. Anytime I travel your way I will be practicing at one of your studios. Its the saddest thing about moving, I will miss my CPY community 💗
