The staff was really friendly and helpful. Really liked the vibe of the studio. One thing that I have noticed about all the core power yoga that I have visited is that none of the people practicing actually talk to new people. It seems like they already have their friends and don't want to make more.

Love this place!! I would love to see the 6:15am sculpt classes move to 5:45am though :) Maybe just MWF if not all of them.
Love the low heat c2. I take blood pressure medication and the reg c2 I get extremely dizzy and lightheaded.

I like the variety of classes while still all having a yoga core aspect. The teachers are all super helpful and friendly. They do a great job varying the moves and flows and I find myself still having to push hard even though I've been going for over a year.
