The instructors are amazing, they motivate you and challenge you at the same time. These are classes that make you prove to yourself how strong you are and always have you leaving with a smile on your face. Also, there is so much variety, and options are a great thing. Everything about this studio is refreshing, I absolutely love it.

Hi Corepower! You have the most amazing teachers and classes. I only wish two things were different.
1) I really wish there was a water bottle filling station. Only one person can use that watering fountain at a time and it fills incredibly slowly!
2) It would be great if you had some sets of 4 and 7 lb weights. I usually like to use 4 and 6 or 5 and 7 depending upon how I feel. Since LoHi does not have as many weight options I prefer to practice sculpt at the Highlands studio.

The class was great. The teacher was great. Only negative - the floors were really dirty.

The class kicked my butt!!! It was so crowded that kind of tapped into claustrophobia but was too busy trying to breath to notice. Will be back!
I love the squishy floor, it's good for my knees. My favorite instructors Nadia, she always challenges us with new poses and encourages us to try new things while practicing safely. I love that the bathrooms are clean. It is also important that there are plenty of blocks and straps to use during class.
Variety
I love Corepower and have been a member for about 5 years now. I constantly continue to bring my friends to the classes I love and have had many friends sign up. I do feel obligated to mention that one class in particular, Allie Bo at the Lohi location, I would never bring any of my friends to. Her classes get way too hot, and she never offers to open the door or window. This coming from someone who takes about 15 sculpt classes a month. I have talked with other sculptors who have taken her class and they all agree. I avoid her classes at all costs.

Helen was fantastic. She lead an amazing C2 session. I was extremely impressed with the program. I wish your prices were more affordable but I will enjoy this week.

I wish you'd bring back adjustments with your teachers (if you think they're doing it, 95% of them are not) but overall you provide a good class that meets expectations for a workout. Some of your teachers' yoga knowledge is questionable, but I think most people know when they think Core Power that they're getting exercise, not true yoga.
I like that the studio is spacious - the classes are not as crowded as other studios. I like the amenities, although the studio is showing some age and wear...it's still nice. The quality of the classes is terrific!
The studio is clean, modern, and visually appealing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The class was challenging, yet still fun.

Great atmosphere and classes. Salt lake studios give chilled aromatherapy face towels while in savasana and it's almost the best part of class! Haha I highly recommend doing that and I'm sure people will love it! Everything in my class was amazing, I just wanted to make that suggestion.
The class was great...it was a different C2 flow for me. I love experiencing a new class.

I like the C1 and low heat C2 classes, but I wish there were more/different times during the day that C1s are offered between LoHi and Highlands.
It is a great facility. However the drinking fountains could be improved. You can only use one at a time and is hard to fill up a water bottle. Is it possible to get a water bottle drinking fountain to replace the two that are currently there?

The C2 teachers I've had were outstanding. Consistently getting a compassionate, challenging, solid class is what I like best about LoHi. Kudos especially to Allie, Emily, Natteil and Jeremy. You guys rock it!!
