I have only taken the yoga sculpt class, I love it for the most part. My issue is the heat. It's too hot. I do the Leadville 100 Mtb race each year along with many other races, never do I have the issues I do taking the heated yoga sculpt. Love the class but with the. Heat it's not something I can do regularly. Love the structure of the class, the instructors, the music just not the temp. As far as the studio. It is awesome, your clothing selection is incredible. I love looking and buying from you guys/gals.

Convient and welcoming staff

I know I'm going to get a solid all-body workout when I go to a level 2 class, plus it's good for my mind/soul. :) I am especially loving the 9am Thu teacher right now.

I just joined CAC Flatirons for spin classes with friends but I'm so disappointed in their yoga classes so far.

Convenient location, good atmosphere, good teachers.

The intensity of the workouts, while still having variety. The diversity of class times is also helpful. I also like the community.

While I no longer work in Boulder, when I get back I go to South Boulder.

I really like the instructors - Blair, Joy, Ashley. Plenty of Hot yoga and at good times.

I love all SoBO fashion, I cant look through any of the clothing or jewlery merchandise without wanting to buy it all! Soo cute:) The instructors are always kind and excited about practicing and welcoming everybody!

Great facilities, wonderful teachers, and a special community vibe makes Core Power SoBo my go-to happy place in body, mind and spirit. Yay!

I think it is an efficient work out with classes at convenient times. Also, yoga has helped me control stress in my daily life

I like that the studio is clean and that the front desk always has a big vat of fruit water on it. What I don't like about the South Boulder centre is that it feels very intimidating that everyone else seems to be able to do the yoga and I'm struggling making it through the sequence.

Very competent and inspiring teachers, a friendly and welcoming vibe, and nice facility.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. When you are new to something and are not feeling very confident, it makes a world of difference if your instructors and the people working at the studio make you feel like they are happy you are there and are excited for you in your journey at beginning yoga. I did the free week and then the Groupon so I was able to experience lots of different instructors. I love it so much that I joined last week!

I absolutely love the yoga teachers! They all prove to be super knowledgable and encouraging no matter what class I choose.
