The staff is very friendly and makes such a great effort to learn your name- big deal to my aging brain:) Also, everyone is friendly as well as positive. I love the intentions set in every class, and how it is typically revisited throughout the class for which it is set. I also like that the instructors walk around and check your form throughout the class. They not only keep you safe, but they support, encourage and motivate each individual!

The staff members here are eager to connect with students and easily create a wonderful, safe community for everyone. Going to the studio is the highlight of my day-- I always feel so welcome and it's hard to leave without a smile on my face!

Clean, spacious, friendly

I love the yoga sculpt classes. It is a great workout and when I'm done I always I feel good for the rest of the day.

I like that I can use my membership at other Corepower studios. I've used all of the Boulder studios, Flatirons, Austin, Portland, and Santa Barbara studios.
I find all of the teachers kind and helpful.

Paul was an excellent instructor. I very much enjoyed his class. South Boulder's studio is very clean with large studios for classes. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the experience.

I love that you offer a full week of yoga and then can extend to two free weeks. I went to 16 classes in that time and ended up joining the auto pay program. I think giving a full week instead of one class was essential to my joining because I got to attend many different classes and see a bigger picture of yoga.

Great teachers, flexible schedule, good workout in an hour, variety of classes

There are so many places to do yoga in Boulder, but I love where CorePower falls on the spectrum between exercise and mindfulness. CorePower provides both, and the option to pick classes that lean one way or the other. It is great to have the option to join slower classes, or add weights! The staff is so welcoming, and I know that in the classroom I don't feel pressure to push beyond what my body is ready for - this is a safe space to find an expression that fits where I am at in that moment.

I would say that one variable that seems a little out of control to me is the room temperature that can often be a lot hotter than the temperature chart says it should be for a "heated" as opposed to a "hot" yoga class. I don't like feeling dizzy and as if the room temperature is holding me back from being able to get my full stretch/ exercise on e.g. in the sculpt classes where I'd like to let it rip.

Great classes and great sense of community between teachers and students. Very clean but my only complaint is extreme lack of enough parking.

I appreciate how even though I come for the physical part, my practice ends up being very benifical for my mind and soul.

The teachers are kind and the schedule ample.
