I like the style of classes, and that you have more traditional yoga as well as more aerobic like core power. The teachers are all great - knowledgeable, friendly, etc. I like the warmth in all of the classes, and that it's a clean facility. The most important thing is that all of the classes make me feel great, and I enjoy doing them, which is a first for me and yoga.

I love Core Power because it gives me choice of workout with some yoga or just simply yoga. Instructors are well trained and helpful.

I enjoy the warm and welcoming environment of the studio. The instructors make sure that everyone is comfortable with a pose and offer adjustments which help greatly! I always walk out of each class feeling renewed and calm.

I love the teachers and the class offerings. There are tons of classes offered per day which makes it easy to attend class around my work schedule. My only complaint is the price - it's pretty expensive and there isn't that much of a price discount with packages. I think it would be great to offer more packages other than the 10 class.
