Kelsey is an amazing instructor with contagious energy. Not only is Kelsey an incredible instructor but the structure of her class is also great as it's fun, engaging, and challenging (but not too challenging)! I felt incredible after the class both because of Kelsey's contagious energy and spirit, as well as feeling physically refreshed!

The space is very clean and well organized. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and I immediately felt welcome and not intimidated at all. The instructor on Saturday morning at 10:30 was the bomb-diggity. He kicked my butt while making it fun and mindful!

What a great instructor Terrie is! Lately core power has been disappointing me in the hands on assists and adjust departments, but she provided me with an assist I've never experienced in my years at CPY. Great instructor, playlist, heat, and assists. Greatly appreciated.

Good classes with good music and exercises. Lots of variation. Nice studios and facilities.
Instructor was phenomenal. Don't remember his name but he taught the 8:15Pm Thursday night candlelight class.
1. The smile of the staff welcoming me at the reception.
2. The cleanliness of the facilities. (I've been to other yoga studios where the floor was not clean and I could tell by the bottoms of my feet being a different color after the class!). So please keep up the cleanliness, especially in the studio as well as the bathrooms.
3. The fact that the instructors walk around and correct my posture/asanas.
4. Last but not least, the variety of classes and times/days offered. I appreciate all that flexibility.
Keep up the good work! It is expensive, but worth every penny!
