I took one class with Monica and it was amazing. I could easily modify the exercises that I didn’t feel comfortable doing while still mantianing the same rhythm. Her words are very encouraging to continue and I liked her final words on working out to take care of your body rather than to look fit.

The particular HPF class I attended had the BEST instructor. Very detailed in her instructions, easy to understand. It just felt so peaceful and lovely. And her playlist was fantastic. The room had the right amount of heat.
