LIke the studio layout. Convenient location. Staff gives off a lot of energy. Classes are packed - maybe too packed.
The studio is clean and welcoming. Instructors are knowledgeable, prepared and personable. Only thing, there's quite a bit of schedule changes that may need the members attention as it sometimes varies from week to week in class offerings, times and instructors.
Emma is a great instructor. Highly recommend.

I love the new instructor Christine. I love how her yoga sculpt practice is predictable and that every song is in sync with a new target (core, cardio, squats etc). I appreciate that her playlist has new recent music on it and not older music. As always, I love the friendly, clean environment.

I don’t think I can emphasize enough how amazing I feel the Kahala studio is on both a managerial level as well as instructors. Instructors like Maka, Tara, Rachel, Kalei, Christy, Tiffany, Suzanne, Theresa all seem to be imbued with a natural talent of teaching. Their classes serve not only to strengthen our bodies( and I feel like I can speak in the plural, because I know all the members I’ve spoken with feel the same…) but truly feed the soul. We all love the way Maka incorporates Hawaiian language and life lessons; the manner in which they ALL force us to look inward; energize the room with their infectious smiles and encouragement; push us to our limits while acknowledging we listen first and foremost to our bodies and modify if needed…..love the strength X (esp full body). I’ve never felt so strong (maybe consider more weights in studio?)

Wow! The instructor Rachel was 10/10. Love her happiness and energy. I also wish my home studio would play more current music for sculpt rather then wordless house trap. The Ariana Grande was literally the best!
