I love this studio so much! It’s like my 2nd home. Amber, Sheiva, and Carolina are my favorites and are such amazing instructors. I always feel amazing after class, and I am ready to jump back in the next day.

And can we talk about her awesome music selection… let’s be honest, if I’m going to get my butt kicked I prefer to do it to some upbeat, sing your heart out music like her 2009 music track last week. Thank you Laura for Inspiring me every week, to push harder and be a better version of myself every time I walk out of your studio.
