I love my classes with Farley. He’s the kindest, warmest and welcoming instructor I’ve ever had! Regardless of your ability. AND his classes are great. He’s always present and offers great instruction. I’m a regular in his class and he’s the main reason why I return.

The shared spirit among the longtime members and teachers is special, and the new studio manager adds strong organizational skills and responsiveness. The corepower system of yoga/exercise is quite effective and it is my hope that the newer instructors can be developed sufficiently so that the studios overall level of performance does not become an issue. I note that the core membership of the Bethesda Studio is comprised of mature professionals. Now that CYU corporate is more subject to venture capital influence, it is too early to tell whether the studio in Bethesda will maintain its unique spirit or devolve into a fitness club mentality.

Courtney is the best teacher! Have taken many classes and she (along with Jacqui and Farley) are the best- great workout, great timing with music, awesome music, awesome energy!
I got to the Bethesda location for the core restore class. It’s an amazing class that I wish was offered at the Rockville location too
