I have only taken C1 but I continue to go to C1 rather than C2 or others (yet) because I love how the instructors really TEACH you how to get the most out of each pose. I also really love how they have hands on help to make sure you are safe but pushing to do the best. Thank you!!
I like how friendly the staff/teachers are and how welcoming they were when I was just a beginner. I've been coming to this studio for over a year--despite there being a closer studio to where I live--because of how welcoming the staff is.
I love the total body workout of sculpt and the energizing music. I like when the teachers instruct for the top of the class, rather than those who move at the pace for beginners.

The variety- there is scuplt, CP2 and cP1. And the instructors are great.
I absolutely love coming to CorePower, all of the trainers are so nice and their classes are really great! I go to the 6am sculpt class several times a week and really enjoy the energy and class itself. I will say though, I am a little disappointed that Sculpt is cancelled M, W, and F for the next two weeks but I understand the schedule needs to be changed to make room for Bootcamp.

Great instructors, clean studio, fun music, and cute apparel schwag!
I love the teachers because they seem very well-trained, they incorporate setting an intention and other yoga principles, and they are very nurturing. I like the studios very much, too. The heat and humidity in the studios are always excellent. The lobby, locker rooms, bathrooms, and cubbies are also lovely (although the cubbies are often dusty). My favorite class is Hot Power Fusion.
The great mix between yoga and sculpting which keeps the class interesting and fun.
