Nice class!!
I LOVED my instructor Gabrielle, the entire environment was so welcoming for my first class and had everything i needed including a mat, towel, weights. The music was amazing and so energizing and had the best workout experience ever!!!!

i LOVE the HPF classes, especially candlelight versions. Absolutely in love with HPF. I aall really like the variations in the C2 classes. My only suggestion is sometimes the C2s are too sun-salutation-A heavy, sooo much plank-chataranga-up dog-down dog, I’d like some to pull back a little on those to leave room for the instructor-specific variations. But I love CorePower!

The heat, humidity, and consistency of studios nationwide. I recently moved from Southern California and was there for almost 20 years. I now live in Rhode Island, and though I have to drive an hour to the nearest CP, it’s worth it to me! Makes me feel like home. I’d love to see a CP in Providence, RI or Hartford, CT, or even New Haven, CT.
I love the instructor AC she is amazing she’s patient and you can tell she has a passion for yoga and helping people !! I love her vibes and her classes

The teachers are so wonderful across the board from C2 to yoga sculpt. Neha, Ali, Niki, Alex and Gabrielle are some of the best to name a few. There are some new sculpt teachers that I think need a little more time to get their bearings.

I loved the classes. The parking was somewhat difficult and it was too far from where I live but I really enjoyed and might join s as a member of I can’t find another studio closer.
