The teachers are all very welcoming and friendly. They help make what could be an intimidating environment for a new student as a place to learn. It feels like a great opportunity to learn and improve progress (and sweat more!). I only wish I could have started earlier. Suggested improvements - 1) add more info about teachers, their styles, and their classes on the app. It’s nice to get to know each teacher on a personal and professional level! 2) add more lockers and bigger spaces for classes, 3) open area to hang out ahead/after classes to make new connections with other class participants!

Classes are very welcoming of individuals with all experience levels. The teachers are great and engaging. Classes are challenging yet doable and I love that we are encouraged to take breaks as needed or take modifications as needed.
I feel so great after I take a class. There are no judgements and there are all sorts modifications available. It was my first time yoga, and these classes will have me hooked to yoga for a very long time!
Laney did a great job making me feel welcomed for my first yoga sculpt class.I will be back to take more classes.

Tony is an excellent Yoga Instructor. His cadence, breathe guidance and cues as well as sequencing are really exceptional. I hope to be back in his class next time I am in town.
