Instructor was very good! It was challenging to keep up but she made it easy to try harder.
Nice to get a good cardio with strengthening exercises at the same time. I lift weights but it’s definitely not the same as going to the gym and the mental aspect of it felt great for my body, mind and soul.

I'm really enjoying CorePower! My only suggestions would be that there are more class offerings on the weekends, but I know that depends on instructor availability.
