Great facility and very friendly staff! They have good class times for yoga sculpt and an amazing locker room.

The class was great but a little crowded. It was difficult for people to find a space at the beginning of class and felt like it was hard to completely move around on my mat due to how crowded it was. Probably should have a cut off for the number of people for the class?!

Would love to see a 6am sculpt at Gold Coast!!

Gold Coast has very good and experienced instructors who cue well and give verbal corrections so you can improve your form. They also focus on breathing - the basis of yoga- and its meditative elements.

Paulo was an amazing instructor! I am new to yoga and he explained everything in a way that even I would understand!

Great teachers - Autumn and Samantha are both super friendly! I like the retail selection to shop at. Also the studio has just the right amount of heat , it's never too hot where I feel dizzy. I sometimes prioritize going to this studio because of that.

Amazing teachers, clean room and great hot workout

I have been attending CorePower YS classes for a little over a month now and Sara P was the best instructor I have had in my 15 classes so far across multiple studios. She struck a perfect balance between challenging and revitalizing during class and her track selection was impeccable. CorePower Gold Coast was very accommodating as I was in from out of town and I look forward to going back next time I am in Chicago.

I liked the sessions, and the variability of intensity. I felt like there were really good options for a high-intensity 'workout' and a lower-intensity yoga session structured around mindfulness. Also the instructors are excellent.
