The teacher and the class were amazing! My ugg boots were accidentally taken by another member (they look so similar, so I understand!). I returned the ones I had to wear home, and left my name and number hoping someone would call if mine were returned to the Gold Coast location. I have not heard from anyone. I love the Gold Coast location so much!! Annie and Sam are the most amazing teachers :) Only critiques is sometimes the lighting is too bright and takes away from the vibe and energy of the studio, also always appreciate when there’s moments to cool off with the door cracked, like after cardio or during savasana! Think that always helps with recentering and getting right back into the workout
Hands down my favorite studio (having tried a number across Chicago and NYC). Friendly staff, challenging and inspiring teachers (Annie, Bridget, Sam, Emily to just name a few!), and clean/well provisioned facilities.
Gold Coast CPY is the best! Love coming here weekly- shout out to Brooke and Annie for being wonderful teachers! :)
Yoga classes here are amazing! It’s always a great workout! All instructors care about their students! I recommend this studio!

I go to a number of studios across multiple cities and it's evident that there are a number of instructors at the Gold Coast location (of which Sam is one!) who are just a cut above the rest - amazing sequences, challenging and motivating, coupled with fantastic music.
The class provided valuable insights into areas I need to focus on for improvement. It was very helpful! I'd appreciate it if the instructor could project her voice a bit louder.
