The class times are convenient, and the instructors are fantastic.
Studio is small and kind of awkward when it is packed in the studio room. I got kicked in the head by the girl in front of me. Maybe there should be lines on the floor noting where mats should line up or limit the amount of people that can go in. No one wanted to move over and make space for me and the other girls that were stuck in the middle.

I like that the instructors are hands on and ask if it is okay to be so. I have been practicing yoga for years at different studios and yet was never told I was performing up dog wrong! The instructors at core power caught it right away! Can't wait to continue practicing with you.

Core Power at Grant is my home away from home. I am extremely biased and partial to this studio. I have yet to find a core power that offers the same level of fitness and mindfulness. From the C2 with Lindsay, Lara, Robyn, Mike, Carl, Callie, and Megan to the Sculpt (although Amanda leaving was quite a blow)- I am always finding more things that I want to explore in my practice. The instructors at the grant studio surpass all those I have tried at other studios around the city.
I like the variety of classes and times. My favorite is the "hot" classes.
People were very friendly and helpful.

The location is easy to get to and park. I also like the size of the classroom and cleanliness of the women's locker room. Nice facility. Plan on making it my go to location.
