Always great teachers and teaching. I was at a yoga retreat in Peru last week and couldn't wait to get home to Core Power teachers and instruction. It's hard to do yoga when the instructor is doing a pose wrong.

I love CPY, and have a continuos black tag membership since Sept 2009. It is the method and My favorite Grant teachers that keep me coming back. Especially Rebecca, Marta, Kacey, Katherine and Melora, keep them happy please. I am somewhat skeptical of the scheduling changes you are planning on for the new year, especially at Grant with the two rooms I think we have plenty of classes, and don't need to try and jam in anymore.
I take c1 (I can't take the heat😩). The instructors are great and can help me push myself to get as much out the the practice as possible. Wish there were more times available or the it started at 4:45. I rush to get there from teaching. Hint hint
