it’s such a relaxing yet challenging experience
I love everything about the Henderson studio except there is only 1 set of 12 lb and 15 lb weights...and I had to buy the 12 lob set myself. In comparison, the Mockingbird studio, and really every other studio I've been to around the country all have multiple sets of the heavier weights. I do not understand why Henderson if different...please provide multiple sets of the heavier weights...thanks!
I appreciate the cleanliness of the studio and friendliness of the teachers. I think the teachers taking time to learn or write down peoples names does aid in the connection.

The class I took with Caryn F. was incredible. It was very challenging. Caryn took the time to correct form and make sure I got the best from my practice. CORE Power is a terrific studio.
Great instructors who are always welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. The classes (all varieties) have great energy and the physical space is consistently visually appealing and clean. I highly recommend the Preston Forest studio!

I enjoy a heated room that isn't the traditional heat of a full hot yoga class. Tatum is an awesome instructor!
