Westbend has some truly outstanding teachers - namely Sandy DeJohn. She puts so much effort and time into her sequences and I genuinely value and appreciate her expertise. I have learned so much from her and she is always challenging me to further my practice. I have also practiced all over the metroplex and there is nobody that comes to Sandy!
Have had such a great experience here the past time few times I have attended. I came last year and didn't have the best experience but decided to try again and love it! Every sculpt class has been great and instructors are AMAZING!

I love the clean locker rooms, Matt rentals and blocks, And weights that are provided! The classes are great from very easy to super intense and hot.

I really like the atmosphere of the studio from the moment you walk in. Even as a new member I felt welcome. I like the heated studios, and I feel really productive whenever I’m finished with a class. There’s so much variety offered, I feel like I can get a really well rounded workout. Overall, I like it all!

Personally, I love the quality of the teachers, especially jamie, Alice and Katie. I also love the variety of the classes, the cleanliness and the fact that there's so many options to choose from! Well done :-)
The teachers they really live what they do
Great classes, really enjoy them! The only thing I don't like is that we get charged $15 if we don't cancel class we booked 2 hours in advance.

I attended a Core 1 session led by Seth. It was outstanding! Seth teaches/guides in a very informative, thorough, and patient way! I will be signing up for a class pack to attend more sessions with Seth as the teacher!!!
