The teachers are always so nice to me and let me go at my own pace. They are very knowledgeable and calm during classes but it does get over crowded in class sometimes

Molly was a great instructor. I really enjoyed the flow of the class and the vibe. I would definitely get a monthly membership if you had a 5:30 a.m. or even 6:00 a.m. classes during the week.
Love the teachers, schedule works for mine and I am
really enjoying starting a new challenge it brings even more of a community experience to my practice. I wish that the app had a way to track progress for a challenge.

Easy process, challenging classes and friendly
How inviting it is. Everyone has been very nice however one of my favorite instructors is sandy she is amazing in the fact that if you’re not doing something right she’ll be more active in helping you fix your body to get into the right position and that she really explains and gives you a really good workout.
The safety standards are really high, instructors are personable and make an effort to connect, classes are for the most part high quality.

Core Power changed my life! Since I joined three years ago as a beginner Yogi, I've changed and grown so much as a person and continue to sharpen my practice 3-4 times a week. I can't say enough amazing things about this studio and its employees.
I love CorePower on Henderson! This studio has such welcoming and energetic teachers. I typically end up taking Donnie's sculpt class and he is absolutely amazing!

First time there! The staff were very welcoming. The studio was very nice and CLEAN. I took the Flow Yoga class (it's been awhile since I have done yoga). The instructor did a great job and both stated the poses and demonstrated them (w alternatives), when in doubt I could sneak a peak at him or other participants to get into the correct pose. I left the class feeling very relaxed! I will be back!
