Love the quality of the teachers and the studios and the fact that it is a WARM ROOM!
Instructors take everyone and their abilities into account. For a beginner, yoga can be intimidating. These instructors encourage and give the beginners good instructionwhile still challenging the experienced. Love the timing of classes - so many options. Highly recommend this professional group!!
