Instructors and no judgement zone
I love core power yoga! I really have favorite instructors I go to. I go to the mockingbird location in Dallas. I love Katelyn. She’s just so positive, plays great music and her class pushes you. Not too much where you’re overwhelmed. Just enough. She always gives options if you need more or options if you need less. Which is so encouraging on both levels. I’m also a huge fan of Arvin. He’s just also so happy. Plays great music and pushes us. I would have to say there is an instructor at mockingbird location I am not crazy about at all. She BLASTS the heat the whole time. And she pushes everyone i think, a little too hard. Never gives options to more or less and just start the class always very direct. It’s a little intimidating. So I stopped doing her class. Just an fyi. But I love working out with CPY

Loved my experience here! The Friday evening Core Power 2 class didn't seem to get that warm, but it was also freezing outside, so maybe it was just my body temperature.
The Yoga Sculp on Saturday was great, loved the instructor for the 10am class.

I enjoy coming to HPF on Sundays, I do wish there was a CP closer to Mansfield/Arlington it would be a hit. I take Jon D's class which is worth the drive. He takes the time to know everyone by name and encourage people during the class. The Studio is always very clean and ALL the staff are welcoming and seem genuinely happy to be there. Keep up the good work everyone!

I like how all the instructors are different. They all have different flows so no matter which class you’re taking, it’s a unique experience every single time.
East to get to and find parking, staff is super nice, faculty is clean and it’s a great work out.
Took HPF w/ Amy on Saturday and C2 w/ Jamie on Sunday. Both had great pacing and voice. Truly enjoyed the heart opening focus in Jamie’s C2 class. Great way to start both days!!

I feel it works every part of my body: building muscle and strength, stretching and elongating my muscles, just enough cardio and sweating a lot. The music is not my favorite - and it's REALLY loud which makes it very hard to hear the instructor, but aside from that, the workout is fantastic

Took the C1 class. Challenging but enjoyable. Studio is clean and everyone was very nice. Will be going back again!
Allison Estopare is the absolute best yoga professor I’ve had. As a beginner, she ensured that I was comfortable and gave me alternative poses since I’m not flexible.
